Empowerment Workshops for Athletes (Ages 12–17)



Interpersonal violence, respect, and personal boundaries, these are topics that especially affect young athletes. With our Empowerment Workshops, we aim to encourage athletes to recognize and communicate their own boundaries and to respect those of others. The focus lies on strengthening both the individual and team cohesion.

Workshop 1: “My Boundaries = My Strengths”



In this workshop, participants learn:
Through practical exercises and role plays, athletes learn to better identify their individual boundaries and to assert them actively in their sporting and social environments.
Duration: 90 minutes

Workshop 2: “A Strong WE Through Individual Boundaries”



This workshop focuses on team cohesion and mutual support. Participants learn:
Through interactive group exercises, respectful interaction in sports is promoted and team spirit is strengthened.

This workshop also focuses on team cohesion and mutual support. Participants:
Through interactive group exercises, respectful interaction in sports is encouraged and team spirit is strengthened. This workshop can be conducted before Workshop 1.
